Manchester United’s Fixture list for 2018/2019

United’s campaign will once again begin with a home match to Leicester City on 11 August. They will play newly promoted Wolverhampton away on 29 September. The first time that United played the Wolverhampton Wanderers was back in 1892 and United was still known as Newton Heath. They most recently played them in 2012 in the Premier League. 

United will play Chelsea on 20 October and the first Manchester Derby will be at the Etihad on 10 November. In the month of December United will travel to Arsenal on the 4th and play newly promoted clubs Fulham and Cardiff City as well as travel to Liverpool. This season will be the final season in which there are matches over the holiday period as the following season will feature a 2 week holiday break. 

United’s season will finish with a home match against Cardiff City. All dates are subject to change as United will also be participating in the Champions League, FA Cup, and the EFL cup.

Official Squads for the World Cup submitted

Each team that qualified for this year’s world cup had to submit a list of 35 players to FIFA by 14 May 2018. In the following weeks, the teams had to narrow the list down to 23 players to be submitted by 4 June 2018.
